Fifteen years ago, on April 26, 2010, I arrived in Canada with one suitcase and a MacBook Pro.

I left home with a dream:
To work on movies like The Lord of the Rings, Avatar, Transformers, The X-Files, and Battlestar Galactica.

𝗜 𝗮𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝘁𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁.

Instead, I spent the next 13 years teaching and encouraging 224 students, who collectively contributed to more than 500 Hollywood movies and TV shows.

In July 2023, I founded Alpha Chromatica to continue what I had started.

Together with some of my most trusted former students, Andrew Zeller, Elmoatasem Ragab, Q Park, Kseniya Vtorykh, Tananuch Phosri, and Kuan Tsai, we built a place to teach the next generation of artists.

Special thanks to Lincoln Dupree, whose FX sims helped bring many of our shots to life.

Today, on April 26, 2025, I present to you the latest Compositing Showreel of Alpha Chromatica Education (ACE) graduates.

I may not have achieved the dream I once had;
But I achieved something even more fulfilling:
Helping others achieve theirs.
And I get to keep doing it every single day.
