Even if they are nervous, the ability to ask for help is crucial. Ana-Luiza values artists who are not afraid to admit when they find a shot challenging. It’s important to feel comfortable discussing problems to maintain a healthy work environment. Finding a supervisor you trust and who understands the inner workings of the studio can make a significant difference.

Ana-Luiza’s final message was about empowering others. If you find yourself in a supervising position, help those around you. Acknowledging their efforts and providing support can make a world of difference.
