A Mentor does not shout.

She listens.

She waits.

She walks with you until you are ready to walk alone, and when the student finally crosses into their own skill when the tools stop feeling foreign and the eye sharpens, they say things like:

“You made sure that I was performing at my best.”

“There were times when your feedback was tough, but it taught me what it truly means to pursue realism and make things look real”

“Having an experienced professional like you, who can precisely identify areas for improvement in our shots, is truly great!”

“You’ve guided us through many issues in compositing and spent extra time with us resolving problems.”

These are not compliments.

They are memories.

Etched in long nights of revision and sudden breakthroughs, when someone finally saw in them something worth refining.

Tananuch "New Park” Phosri (A Senior Compositor) is one of those rare mentors.

The kind who doesn’t seek attention.

She builds people who deserve it.

This is what teaching looks like when it’s done with soul.

This is Alpha Chromatica.
