I used to open CGSociety galleries first thing in the morning and spend the rest of the day recovering from it.
Every artist does a version of this. You see someone else's work and before you've taken a breath, the comparison is already running. The doubt. The quiet voice asking if you're doing enough, moving fast enough, making the right things.
What I learned is that the feeling isn't the problem. The problem is acting on it before you've even questioned it.
There's a beat available between what you see and what you decide it means about you. That gap is where your confidence lives. What you engage with is what you empower.
